Concession Poland Ltd. is implementing a project titled “The grant for working capital for CONCESSION POLAND Ltd. co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund under the Operational Program Intelligent Development 2014-2020, priority axis III “Support for innovation in enterprises”, under Measure 3.4 “Grants for working capital”.

The purpose of the project is to obtain support by the entrepreneur in providing financial liquidity and support for ongoing operations in connection with financial difficulties experienced by the entrepreneur as a result of the COVID-19 outbreak. Financial assistance provided under program No. SA.57015 (2020/N).

The implementation of the project will allow to meet the urgent needs of the entrepreneur in terms of fluidity and overcoming financial difficulties that occurred as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Total value of the project: 62,166.81 PLN.

Concession Poland Ltd. would like to inform that it is implementing the project titled
“Internationalization of Concession Poland company on the Germany and Great Britain markets”.
The value of the project is 973,825.40 PLN, including funding of 387,663.75 PLN and the company’s own contribution of 586,161.65 PLN.

The goal of the project is to develop the export activities of Concession Poland on the German and British markets through the implementation of the developed business strategy. The outcome of the project will be the established collaboration with customers from Germany and Great Britain and an increase in revenue from export sales. The results of the project will be achieved through participation in international trade fairs: ISM, EuroShop, CineEurope, Retail Design Expo and trips abroad.

Concession Europe

CONCESSION EUROPE sp. z o. o. obtained a grant from the European Union for the project “Conducting the design process and implementing a product innovation in the form of a modular acoustic booth with the possibility of self-configuration, with extended functional functions combining the possibility of work and relaxation, made in a sustainable way from ecological materials and adapted to the needs of people with physical disabilities “

The aim of the project is to better adapt the company’s offer to the needs, requirements and expectations of customers, increase the attractiveness of the offered products and improve the market position by developing a new product (product innovation) called A modular, configurable acoustic booth with extended functionalities combining the possibility of work and relaxation, made in a sustainable way from ecological materials and adapted to the needs of people with physical disabilities.

The project is addressed to office workers and in particular to office workers with mobility limitations and wheelchair users, as well as architects, interior designers, office tenants/business owners.

The project is planned to implement the following tasks:

1. Development of a design project leading to the development of a modular acoustic booth with unique market features. The following activities will be carried out as part of this task:

  • Design development of a new product,
  • Conceptualization (creating solutions) and validation of concepts,
  • Development of the basic design (prototype assumptions),
  • Executive design (prototype construction),
  • Conducting prototype tests and then improving them.

2. Advice on preparing the product to obtain an EPD declaration.

3. Development of ICT technologies complementing the links of the value chain that have not yet been computerized, i.e. purchase and implementation of modules:

  • service for a new product,
  • warehouse,
  • shipping management – implementation of the shipping management module.

4. Building a dedicated promotion strategy for a standardized, modular product. As part of the activity, it is planned to purchase consulting services, thanks to which it will be possible to identify the necessary marketing activities in order to effectively promote the new product.

5. Development of the machinery, i.e. supplementing it with the following fixed assets:

  • Panel saw and sliding table saw,
  • edge bander,,
  • Drilling and nesting machining center.

As a result of the project, the following will be implemented:

  • process innovation in the form of changing the organization of production and starting mass production;
  • product innovation in the form of a new product: a modular acoustic booth with the possibility of self-configuration;
  • organizational innovation, i.e. implementation of new methods of dividing tasks and decision-making rights among employees in connection with the start of serial production.

Additionally, as a result of the project:

  • an application for industrial design protection for a new product is planned;
  • 1 new job position will be created;
  • it is planned to obtain revenues from the sale of new products.

Concession Europe Ltd. is implementing a project titled “Internationalization of the activities of Concession Europe Ltd., through the introduction of a new business model” that’s co-financed by the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund under the Eastern Poland Operational 2014-2020 Program, under Measure 1.2 Internationalization of SMEs.

The goal of the project is to increase the competitiveness and internationalization of the Concession Europe Ltd. company.

The specific objectives are:

  • Development of export activities in the specified target market,
  • Development of a networking database and expansion of the base of foreign contractors,
  • Building the company’s recognition on the international market.

The objectives will be achieved through the implementation of the following measures:

  • Participation in 2 economic missions on the Swiss market,
  • Acquisition of consulting services for the Swiss market in terms of finding business contacts, preparation of distribution channels, preparation of a promotional campaign plan,
  • Acquisition of fixed assets: electro-hydraulic guillotine for veneer packages (this purchase will contribute to improving the quality of services provided),
  • Acquisition of specialized services directly related to the preparation for the implementation of a new business model related to the internationalization of business in the preparation of promotional materials.

Planned outcomes of the project:

  • – Increased recognition of the company on foreign markets.
  • Signing of new foreign contracts,
  • Increase in revenue from the sale of products for export,

Concession Europe Ltd. is implementing a project titled. “Strengthening the competitiveness of Concession Europe Ltd. by increasing its potential for proficient design management and increasing the use of design in the company’s activities through the design of a new product line” that’s co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund under the Operational Program Eastern Poland 2014-2020, priority axis I “Entrepreneurial Eastern Poland”, under Measure 1.4 “Design for competition”.

The aim of the project is to strengthen the competitiveness of Concession Europe Ltd. by increasing its potential for proficient design management and increasing the use of design in the company’s activities through the design of a new line of acoustic products. The strategic objective will be realized through the development and implementation of an innovative system solution of acoustic interior furnishings as a complement to the current Yellow Acoustic product portfolio and through the implementation of process and marketing innovation into the company’s operations.

Concession Europe Ltd. is implementing a project co-financed by European Funds under the Operational Program Eastern Poland 2014- 2020, priority axis I “ Entrepreneurial Eastern Poland”, under Measure 1.4 “Design for competition”.

The aim of the project is to increase the competitiveness of the company through the use of design in the company and the implementation of new or significantly improved products/services to the offer, as determined by carrying out a design audit. As a result of the project, Concession Europe Ltd. will strengthen its position on the market by diversifying its offer, and the products/services developed as a result of the project will contribute to the development of the enterprise, increase its innovation, competitiveness and revenue growth.
